Thank you, thank you. The red unit wasn't on auto detect BUT the blue unit was set awareness level of Omniscient. Must do the same thing. Thanks again

Fighters will not fire long range AAW missiles

I can’t get long range AAW missiles (air to air) to fire. I get the message that they can’t fire because “firing unit must obtain (from itself or another CEC-enabled…etc.” I have attached the simple scenario test file. I would definitely appreciate some help.

Game crash using Editor v 1.04

I tried using the Slitherine editor v 1.04. My game version is 1.07. The game loads and runs fine until I edit a scn file and place it in the scenarios folder. Then it crashes during the Slitherine splash screen. Anyone have an answer?<br/>
system is vista 64.<br/>

Formation Air Patrols VTOL Carriers

In building games in the editor. If I include a VTOL (US) carrier, the formation air patrols get wierd. Even if I have Harriers on board they all get sent up as AEW patrols. If I delete them they come back.

Playing US Army, Dec 41. It has not just happened on one scenario, it happens on every amphibious landing (three so far). Those forts sure look funny floating in the ocean.

[&:]I'm having a bit of a problem with 8.4. In the long WWII campaign. in amphibious landing scenarios, the LST's start out on land and the enemy forces drown in the ocean. Sure makes landings easy!

The game does not always deliver units on the days quoted on the intellignce report. It is just an estimate. Plus you have to look through reports for troops, ships and planes. Not very handy.

Is Matrix working on a New Patch for WitP

Is Matrix planning to release a new patch for WitP? If so, when? I have a request. It would be nice to be able to review the messages given during a turn. It would help a lot in locating new troop and equipment arrivals (I can't write that fast).

What is the best way to destroy shore batteries before a landing. Airfield bombing, port bombing or something else? If it is bombing, do level bombers or dive bombers work better? Thanks for the help.

Ship System Repair

In playing scenario 4 south pac(h) I can find no way to send ships off map for system repairs. Am I missing something or is this a bug. In the TF screen return to Noumea is listed twice and Hawaii not at all.
