computer control option 1.05?

Where did the computer control option (on) go in the latest patch.
It used to be above 'max cloud cover' when auto planning raids for commands.
Dont make me plan all raids now.

It would be nice if morale could be included in the air doctrine as a two value parameter.
Squadrons would fly until morale hit the low value then rest until they hit the high value.

Ive started seeing this too in 1.4

It only happens after a save and then when I click the exit button on that screen. It doesnt occur If I use the escape key instead to exit.

Yes, originally started as scen #14 in version 1.2
Upgraded to 1.21 when that came out then 1.3 comprehensive yesterday. Continued the same game.
