Will the betas work with the Steam version?

Just curious. I bought the titles from Matrix, but was wonderind if they would be offered on Steam.

Actually they recently updated to 1.4.0. No doubt in anticipation of the Crusaders and Saracens expansion. But who the heck really knows besides SeanD, Erik Rutkins, and the Shadow?

I know that all involved in producing and publishing this gem are taking a well-deserved Labor Day holiday. Do you suppose there's any chance of a status update next week? Even one that indicated where we were in the release process without any dates would be welcome. Thanks!

and let loose the Admiral's Edition? FWIW NWS online gaming store have the boxed editions in stock but are awaiting Matrix's OK before they can begin selling them. So it can't be too much longer.

Noticed this title was for sale as an independent title. Now Matrix will market the game. But are their any significant changes between the previous version and the Matrix one? Any info would be welcome. Thanks!
