RE: Is there a way??

Not sure if I'm ready to go back to PBEM yet. We'll see if the solo game keeps my interest first.

One of the first things I need to do is create a music playlist and turn off that damn stock music. It is giving me flashbacks...lol.

RE: Is there a way??

<t> Yes, I remember you Canoe and you John as well. Good to see both of you are still around and sinking ships. I started to get the urge to satisfy my OCD with a little solo play and face an old addiction.<br/>

Is there a way??

<t> Damn...are you people still here? I played this game quite a bit back in the day and went cold turkey around 2012. Not sure if I was very memorable, but I was also a fairly regular forum junkie at the time. I see some familiar names still posting on this site. [&o] (Hey all!!)<br/>

Actually, those weren't the stats I saw before. Those stats look pretty good for an ACTF. I still wouldn't have used one as it wouldn't be fair to my opponent.

RE: Naval Leader selection issue

<t> I figured out what the issue was.<br/>
<br/>
For those that are interested, the Wasp had a LTC assigned as a ship commander. The same LTC was also assigned as the TF commander. Once I changed the ship commander to a higher ranking officer, I was then able to access higher ranking officers to ...

Naval Leader selection issue

<t> Playing DaBabes-Lite (PBEM) and I'm suddenly having an issue with selecting a leader for an Air Combat TF. The Wasp is sitting at PH and every time I try to create a AC TF, it assigns a LTC. When I go to the list to select a different leader, all I get is about 5 junior leaders with mediocre ...

RE: forum extremely unstable?

<t> What do you guys mean the "forum is unstable". It isn't unstable, it has just been under a lot of stress lately. I mean, the poor thing has to entertain thousands of guest each and every day. It never gets a day off. It has to deal with upset clients and the occasional troll. And it has to do ...

RE: Game Over, Man...Game Over

<t> Two years ago, I really wasn't looking for a new game. Work/Home life was pretty busy for me and finding an opponent whose schedule matches is difficult to do. A person usually doesn't find out that their opponent's schedule isn't real compatible until after the game is started, and by then it ...

RE: What's wrong with my CS-Convoys?

<t> In the screen shot shown, you are loading resources, not supplies. With the original WITP, the TF would not leave port until it was filled 100% when loading resources. This would cause the TF to stay in port for day and even months, especially for those ports that were slow in producing ...

RE: Explain this please

Your Amphib TF leader needs to have high stats in "Land" and "Aggressiveness". There is a check made against those two stats and if the check isn't made, all units delivered by sea will load back up onto ships and go home.

Of course an AE can reload ANY ammo if it is within the valid time frame and the capacity of the AE is sufficient to handle the required ammo. Capacity check for rearm at sea is the same check made for port rearming.

Until you get to some time in 1944 from memory when AE's (not AKE's) can (for the allies) replenish other TF's while at sea (i.e. underway). AE's in a TF count as at sea even if that TF is in port. This also affects air targetting of ships ...

Yes, the AEs and AKEs must be disbanded at the port, not in a TF. As long as they have supply, they can reload. The size limitation is only on the capacity, not the amount of supply loaded. You do need some, but not a complete load ...
