Haha!! I might just do that! Haven’t been as active here lately, other concerns. But I hope to get back and test, mod, test some more, mod some more… and play, too…

I think it is a function of the placement of the raiding units. The ones closest to the start of the convoy do maximum damage. If the AH and Ottoman ships in this example switched places, I believe the AH ship would sink most of the MPPs in this convoy and just one of the Ottoman ships would take care of the rest.CaesarAug wrote: Sun Jun 29, 2025 12:19 pmFascinating! Note the images. The 4 CP ships were on station 2 turns on raid mode. 2 of them went down 2 supply because they were raiding and sinking.( Every turn a ship raids it loses 1 supply. At -5 supply it can't raid even if its turned on).
The other two are still at 10 supply because there was no more MPPs to sink.

Test 3.
So a change up with the ships raiding the Greece to Cyprus (UK) was done. Greece Convoy Income was 11 MPP. The Austro-Hungarian Uboat U-5 was closes to the origin of the convoy line and sunk the entire tonnage with a loss of 11 MPPs to the UK. U-5 expended 1 pt of supply. The other ships on station did not expend supply even though on Raider Mode as there was no other convoy ships to sink.
Again this proves there is NO bug or nerf with the A.H. vessels with the latest version of this game.
Also illustrates how powerful U-boats (submarines) are to dink a convoy line as opposed to other ships.
Haven't heard a word from the OP concerning this matter. Probably busy.
Anyone else, feel free to test this or similar convoy situations yourselves.
I'm done with this test.

So, how do you explain the fact that when AH naval units are placed on a convoy route alone they have no effect?
No other nationality is beating them to the punch when they are there alone.
I would be happy to submit a saved game if I could figure out where they are hidden.
There is no saved game subfolder under the main game install folder.

Did you forget to put your ships in convoy raiding mode?
Seems the likeliest as AH naval units can raid for me/us.

I stated multiple times that I did not forget to put them in raid mode. The presence of the blue dot on the counter in the screenshot I provided confirms the unit is in raid mode.

The Supply scripts relate to when naval units are placed on red hatched areas, which are driven by scripts.
