Might have had a higher resource pool total too, unless that's what you mean by 'resources' and not just resource centres.

RE: Torpedo Bug?

Cant find it in the manual or readme, but it would indeed seem that torpedos always ignore armor. If this is intended or not, I do not know.

RE: winter turns

I think that simply because two of three winter months fall in Jan/Feb, then that is considered the Winter of the year. Ie. First season of a year is Winter that year, so Winter '43 would be Jan/Feb '43 aka the turn after Fall '42.

RE: Dedicated PBEMers Tourn

I'd be interested in playing WA. Can play at least one turn per day, until Sep 4th when I go on business trip for two weeks - so hopefully we'll be done before then (or at least I will be :p )

<t> I believe Fazman has had some ISP troubles, I've been playing a game with him that's made it to late '45 by now and usually we'd get several turns done in a day, but at some point his ISP started sending "Non-Deliverable" mails back to me. I don't think he'd intentionally stall/quit - he was ...

RE: 2 x 2 Oppenents wanted

If you dont get anyone else, I'd be interested in taking the 4th seat. Prefer WAllies or Japan, I'm CET (GMT+1), but I can usually get a turn in before I go to work and a second when I get home.

RE: China - too easy to bomb to nothingness?

<t> Best defensive CH strategy that I can think of is pooling everything into Changsa or Chungking. Chungking if you want to preserve units, and Changsa is you want to put the pressure a little on JP to keep garrisoning the coastal provinces.<br/>

RE: Scroll Speed- Suddenly "Slow Motion"

<t> I've had the same problem, even had the scrolling slow-down only affect a portion of the total map, meaning the scrolling would be fine if the map was on Europe, but Asia would be very slow.<br/>

As a workaround, I just put up the world map and click on it to move around instead if I ...

Chinese INF repaired only in Sinkiang?

Maybe I just dont get it, but the chinese getting a few INF damaged at the coastline puts them on the production in Sinkiang, the factory furthest away from the place they were damaged.

Is that intended?
