RE: Question on Supply

<t> thanks for the replies, I don't see China pulling that much, and certainly the bases with aircraft are not suddenly overloaded with supplies after the 30k worth got drained. I would have thought troops would have pulled supplies from their own bases before they hit Rangoon and if it were related ...

Question on Supply

<t> I'm having the hardest time keeping supply at Rangoon, I had built it up to 50,000+ and in 1 turn it dropped to 19,000+. I had no construction going on in Burma, no replacements set on any units and little airwar going on, Japanese haven't even attacked yet so no land combat either. Can someone ...

Air Units not Flying Help

<t> I have a group of air units in Noumea, several squadrons of DB, F and LB. They had been flying stikes against attacking Japanese naval and land forces to the north for 2 turns. This last turn none of them launched strikes? Supplies are fine, morale is good, lots of targets in range, aviation ...

LCU Upgrade Question

So I have seen a bunch of Matilda and Lee Grant tanks arrive at Cape Town but none of my armor units have ever been upgraded to use them, is there something you have to do besides be on base with 20,000 supply and the unit coded for upgrade?

cheers

Auto setting fighter missions bug?

<t> So we had a very strange occurrence in our grand campaign game, we are at feb 24, 1942. All our fighter planes in both Burma, Thailand and Java changed by themselves to 30% cap and 30% long range cap with no target hex? Anyone every seen this before? Any game reason why this would occur or is ...

Cape Town Supply Convoy

<t> So I see a land unit Supply Convoy show up in Cape Town 2 days ago assigned to the RN South Atlantic (R) command. Do I have to convert it to a non R command to use the forces or will it unload at Cape Town by itself? Nothing seems to have happened with it in 2 days and it says its going to ...

CAP Question on Altitude

<t> So I had 20 p-40s over Manila 40% cap at 15,000. 18 Zeros came in on a sweep at 22,000, from the log it seems my planes scrambled to the higher altitude where they easily lost out to the Zeros, scratch 10 p-40s. <br/>

Question is, is there a way to keep your own planes at the lower ...

Moving Aircraft from the West Help

<t> How do you move aircraft from the West Coast to the combat area? I thought I'd be able to transport them by cargo ship but ever time a try to transfer to docked ship I get no ships to select, and there are plenty docked to handle it? Can't seem to figure it out from the manual,<br/>

RE: Couple of Questions

much appreciated, that really helps, I was going to ask how choose the flagship. Doesn't appear that the option of "autoselect TF commander" being on or off impacts anything, is this correct?

Didn't realize about the 2nd MacArthur, thanks for saving me 200 pps!

Newbie Question on Night actions

<t> I'm playing Japanese in the Guadalcanal scenario and I'm trying to run a fast transport TF from Shortlands to Guadalcanal but during the night, ends up still being there the next day, not a good thing with overwhelming Allied forces in the area. Can't seem to see what I have to do differently ...
