RE: question re multiplayer

Bought it anyway. Looking forward to the Vietnam mod once I've completed the base game.

question re multiplayer

Hello, I am seriously thinking of purchasing this game but I am not a fan of playing against the AI. I just wanted to ask if there's any difficulty getting human opponents and if there's a thriving multiplayer community?
Thanks Adam

RE: Tips for a new player

<t> I am in a similar position to BROJD. A few things I'd add:<br/>
<br/>
Reduce the supply priority for non front line units or set them to disband if of no use. <br/>
Move airpower to areas where you need them (less distance to travel) they will provide cover for your shipping or spearhead. <br ...

Check your report tab, this is typical for Russians especially early in the war.

RE: A Couple of Questions

I haven't got WtP yet. I was wondering if there are enough players to support online play? I can never get motivated against the AI.

RE: A Couple of Questions

<t> Hello, there is a tutorial scenario but you will pick the game up quickly by playing and reading the forum. I never play AI on any computer wargame as it's always rubbish. Much better to play people. I've had no problem getting opponents, just post a challenge on the server and I'm sure someone ...

RE: in uranus campaign?

Good question. The only way I can see of telling is by driving across one and seeing the cost in AP. I'm sure someone can answer this question?

RE: build a new unit

Switching the unit to 'priority' for supply and switching other units to 50 % might help. Although I'm no expert only recently discovered the game, but think it's great.

Open challenge

I've posted an open challenge on the server if anyone interested. 2nd Kharkov. I've opted for Germany as I have only played the soviet side up to this point. I haven't played this scenario before. C&C and FOW on.

RE: Counter Icons

For the record I agree with solops I won't play Panzer Corps either for that reason I hate non scale toy soldiers. The only game I've played where it works is the campaign series and that's because it looks like it's more to scale relative to other units.

I've downloaded this a number of time but when I try to extract it seems to be an empty zip file. Any ideas?

RE: spanish cic war units

Thanks Jason,

I discovered it just after posting (as is always the case). I forgot to say good work to everyone involved, it's great to see this series alive and well. My favourite wargame of all time.

spanish cic war units

Looking at the Spanish civil war scenarios I notice a number of the units have no capacity to shoot. Is this deliberate or a bug? If deliberate what is the thinking?
