Yes, this is the 1.20 version..

Which in essence is broken as you CAN take more than 3 provinces in this version, only with different surrenders. Each unconditional can get you 3 more home provinces..

nope, nothing has happened... I thought we would get the pre-existing wars brief before setup (which we are not ready for anyway yet) so no rush but that I do believe is the next thing in the chain is the formal announcement of existing diplomacy before we set up.

Actually, I believe we are still waiting on the official diplomacy message of who is starting at war with who so we can start stratagizing our setups.. we already know the bids and such but not the results of round 2 of prediplomacy.
