An nasty campaign in Serbia has left my Austrian forces there with a supply rating of less the 10%. Does this effect my ability to refit them? Ever since they fell below I cant issue any HQ's or Corps points. Makes sense if they cant.

If a CP player decides to go all out with U-boats right from the start of the war, where is the best place to deploy them? The North Sea or the North Atlantic? Or both at the same time?

how hard is it to get Italy to join the CP in a normal game? As I am playing my first game, I selected the Italians to join the CP so they started the game very pro-CP. In a normal setup, are the Italians right down the middle when it comes to which way they can swing?

quick edit. i see i am getting some materials through. i am although getting no food shipped in. is it possible to get food via shipping? or is that just for raw mats?
