There is a list, find out what skills they have and the stat + growth limit they have and hope they don't have useless skills they can spend points on, like governors shouldn't have military ones.(the list is what each job requires that should be on the first page)

What is not logical about logistics?

All you need to do is over feed it and use trains for city to city transfer of goods(I put a row or 2 of truck+ train stations next to the capital then seal 90% or so of the logistics going that way with a dead end) and know any time it goes through a truck ...

It should be SE_DATA 140ish Regime keys, although I just tried it and the only thing that was easy to edit was FP, finding PP there is probably easier exporting it to csv and finding it after you figure out your regime id but if you really need PP just mod in a hex building that gives PP and make it ...

If you use the new beta logistics system then you can build the way you have no issue because it just sends log points to your units/ cities and the spare elsewhere.

The way you build looks nice but unless you are using the new logistics system or placing traffic stops that is a lot of wasted log points.

You are barely making any food, I like keeping above 1k surplus especially if you have 43k recruits in supplies because they chew through food more than ...

You could probably enable them all if you mod SE_Data 172 Flex OOB Types(maybe 174 is the one that says if they are known or not, but 172 has the requirements). Or the ones required for quicker customization. Maybe vic could add formations to the game that people use more often so the ai can use them.

Because 450 a turn gives you 13500 not to mention techs that double or triple that. The 6000(200 metal) one is giving me 21000 a turn with 180% tech bonus +25% relations bonus and I don't even have the ammo printer( I do have industry industrialization + state companies +40%.

If there is a hazard rating on your planet like incapacitation or instant death then they are more likely to die(all infantry types due to new changes during the last major patch?). If there are zero hazards then it might be a problem, they do seem less effective but my infantry have killed tanks ...

You can enable the debug menu find SE_Random 431 then mod export it and increase the maximum amount of water on a planet which will increase the amount of rain. You are probably having an issue with card limits(Idk why you are limited to just 300, that is way too few, it'd be less of an issue if it limited you to 2-3 of each card instead of 300 overall). Dispersed is for Major Ai's, although depending on the map they aren't actually that far away. I typically find the nemesis is close to my doorstep hoping he isn't set to blackmail. It probably effected their readiness/ organization? I have noticed adding units or adding cards can change the organization % of a group. Or something does, it's been a bit.

Wouldn't it be easy to add naval units if you add traits/perks(fauna feats(humans would have a default 0 bonus one?) to the human troops then add a new unlockable unit type Navy seals which would get the amphibious feat/perk? The ships max thrust speed must be 20 but it also has a sprint speed which is probably what it is using for it to be 32. You could check the design to see if those numbers match.
