You can’t put a ship on fire into pier side, much less disband it. https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... p?t=276530

Don't worry some much about how the resources move around, be concerned about how to read the ship's information so you can use it the most effective way for your operations.

In the picture I posted AVP was in port not underway.

You get the information from the ship screen itself.

This is the ship screen I posted previously. It shows AVP Valk "anchored". I see the numbers for the seaplane support but I don't see how you get that the ship can operate aircraft ...

That TF _should_ be ok, as TF off map don't use fuel. I gather you are moving Enterprise to CT to withdraw. FYI, you could have withdrawn Enterprise from Columbo. You can withdraw ships from Columbo, Sydney, CT, San Francisco, Any size 9 west coast USA port, and, supposedly, any allied size nine ...

Really enjoy your AAR. You4 micro focus on small units and their evolution is, I think, nearly unique in WITPAE AARS. The only parallel I can think of is the Hibiki AAR, but that was preAE. The only quibble I have is that we, the reader, have no real sense about what is happening in the war at large ...

Again, read up on OPs points and not just in the manual but also the threads.

I might try that.

Each combat action takes OPs points . . .

Re: Ship Upgrades

To RG’s point about AA upgrades: the raw AA number upgrade may show only a minimal or even a negative increase in AA power. Look at what actual devices upgrade. For example, 20 or 40 mm bofers upgrades over 1.1 inch guns may not show a significant increase in raw AA, but with the upgrade you get ...

Re: Rangerjoe MIA...SITREP?

I suspect Joe's departure has more to do with the Tanaka/Albert kerfuffle and the way that new mod and Eric handled the situation. Others have nearly or totally disappeared as well--Kull, Mindmessing Ian?, the Gorn, and CapMandrake. As I see it, Tanaka and a couple others started a flame war because ...
