I hear there is a manual for this new DLC, is it possible this could be made available now? Perhaps on both on the Matrix/SE website and Steam. This would give us something to sink our teeth into while we wait for the release next week.

TLDR: Prisoners could really open up more gameplay, options (more new stratagems) for quick worker injection, but there are risks to having them too, which could cause problems.

Can we have steam overlay implemented?

For two reasons, the Note feature steam overlay has, which is handy to make notes, esp for a new player and seasoned players could make a to-do list for their next session of play etc. Also the steam guides/discussion could be accessed in the overlay too.

I hope in the future we will get more sfx for "yes sir".."Consider it done"...etc.. and more variety of spoken confirmations to mix things up. Or even an overhaul, as currently some voices are unsatisfactory to put it mildly. I get Vic doesn't have a studio behind him or big budget.

It would be handy to be able to have a filter when listing leaders based on any Feat they might have. Either have a new category Feats and then selecting sub-category feat you want to filter OR simply add 'Feats' as a keyword in the Job Type or Key Info list so it will list all leaders with any feat ...

Is hide points mainly to do with ambushing? The manual does mention it (edit: landscape hide points) in the combat breakdown but seems to only apply to Anti-tank guns?

Regarding fuel consumption in general, if you have a unit like a Transport truck or tank out in the field and you leave them stationary in a hex for a number of turns, they still consume fuel.
