the only case it can work against you is if you play pbem as japanese. On the other side, japanese intel is so weak you don't have to fear anything

2(0) : the port is 2, it can be built up tu 0+3 = 3
2(2) : the port is 2, it can be built up tu 2+3 = 5
1(3) : the port is 1, it can be built up tu 3+3 = 6

i think too, i've seen some AAR where the HR is something like "no more than 20k in 42, 25k in 43" and so on, which seems way easier to use
