Ships leaving fleet on their own, why? Then autobuild replaces them by building new ships.

For some reason ships, including some with an admiral, seem to decide to just leave their fleet. I add them back and they tend to leave.

Then with autorefill on for fleets, I started building a bunch of ships to replace those who left the fleet. All over the place.

So I have fleets that lost their ...

Are ambassadors no longer able to pick up the espionnage skill when stationed at an espionnage target?

They have always gotten it after the first successful espionnage mission, now after half a dozen my ambassador has not gained it.

Aurora and ship pathing through nebula

Ships will now path through nebula for trips way before they are able to do so safely.

I have a bunch of ships trying to path through an ion storm in the early game where they wind up stuck out of power.

I find that I regularly have to check on my construction ships, as they will often go (no mission) after completing a task despite their being plenty of other build tasks queued. They are all set to fully automate. I have to manually tell them to move a bit away from whatever they last built, reset ...

The planetary upgrade process really, really, really needs some love, especially the planetary admin line.

You don't run a tax surplus for quite some time, or at least I don't, which means no extra funding for colony growth or research for a while.

However I do tend to get plenty o'cash from bonus income to the treasury, and it would be nice to be able to direct some of that into colony growth or ...

Is there some way to tell a colony ship what race of colonists to load up from on a multi-racial world?

Auto-colonization is annoyingly not always choosing the appropriate race for the target planet.

Spies with inspiring presence trait - does it work when on a mission?

Just curious if anyone knows if this works with spies on a mission, i.e. if you are doing a mission against an empire will it apply to spies on missions against the same empire, will it help out the other empire's characters at that location (assuming it would be their capital).

So started blowing up gravilexes with my first fleet and noticed that once destroyed they leave a carcass and bits of themselves on the map. I am going to assume the other creatures do as well.

I didn't see anyone trying to collect the pieces, so I manually ordered an explorer to collect the bits ...
