Don't know what to tell you thewood1 , but I've just downloaded the ZIP file and extracted the .save file and when I load it the game is as I left it as per the attached screenshots.

Dimitris, had a look at Steam to see if I could install an earlier version of Tacview but I couldn't find a way of doing this. Looks like Steam only install the latest available version.
