<t>The US forces in Bataan could hold out longer because the Japanese soldiers were in just as a pathetic condition as the Philippine defenders. The region is not known for its transportation network, and is VERY hilly. When the Japanese finally did get fresh troops (since theirs were just as worn ...

The land path was removed because there never was one. There was almost a land path from Miline Bay to Buna, but not even close to having one from Miline to Moresby.

<t>In 2.4 the PC (now PF's) have been reintroduced, this time in the IJN Type A/B, Type C/D and Hirashima Patrol Vessels. I did this because they are not in the large groups as USN MTB's were, and are better used as ASW escorts then annoyance vessels as well. The Aircraft Strafing rating has been ...

<t>I got rid of USN and IJN MTB's because they were a constant problem of annoyance. They could not be killed by ship or aircraft, and could be used basically as invincible destroyers. You could sent a MTB group of 12 to ANY base and be guaranteed that your enemy's landing force will be repelled ...

It is the CV TF Cdr's priority to ensure that no LBA will nail their TF, and it is also their priority to nail as much Japanese production as they can. You get WAY more VP's for killing production/civilians then sinking a few CV's. The TF commanders do ...
