Fort George is an excellent place to visit, gives you the history of the Highland Regiments from way back to the 1st Gulf War. Culloden is just down the road, a little bit comercial but worth a look, at least we English came out on top in that one.

I picked my handle, because I live in Warwickshire but also my father served in the Royal Warwicks in the big bash landing in France on D-Day+1. He's still around at 79, loves talking army with my brother in law who served six years in the French Foreign Legion as a Paratrooper.

Changing AI Level

How much difference will improving the AI rating make to game play, set to standard things seem a little surreal at times. Or am I barking up the wrong tree and should I try playing head to head instead?

I prefer to play the historical oob's, but having spent 4 years with SP3 I've got used to needing loads of armour. Is the use of mortors going to give enough close support, or will extra art be required?

OOB for Germans in WWII campaign Sept 39

I would like to play the WW II campaign as Germans starting in September 39, a little help with a balanced OOB would be great, I always end up with too many tanks for it to go well. 88,s appear the best AT option but are they too expensive?
