Do you have enough SS Divisions in your HQ's I think you need about 3-4 in the west front to prevent it's value being halved! in 43

I run 2000 & it works fine try reinstalling wir again. If that doesn't work try running other programs in the background to slow things down or try switching the ram allocation to programs/graphics to very low other than that I'm not sure how you can get around it<br/>

I think the surrender rule for supply 0 only applies in retreat from combat situations ie as long as out of supply units have sufficient readiness they can safely plot up to 2 hex's if they don't then they won't plot
