<t>I agree that Zero performance varies from time to time (I had some games where Zeroes were unbeatable and some wherethey were shot down with rocks, probablly), but one thing was driving me crazy! In many of my games I noticed that Zeroes were very bad agains Devastators. I don't know about anyone ...

<t>I dont know... Here is an example... I sent my CVL Shoho to Rabaul with 30 sys damage. Rabaul is port 9, lots of E troops and supplies/fuel Right now (10 days after CVL arrived in Rabaul) sys damage is 18, no flt or fires. On the other hand I sent other CVL (don't know the name) with sys damage ...

<t>I don't really think that the coastal watchers are what this is about. The rate of shot down and capured pilots in my UV games (vs. AI or PBEM) is 10 or more to 1 for the Allied. They capture every single one of my shot down pilots, and I maybe few in the whole scenario. And they get shot a lot ...

On ship repairment rate...again...

<t>Does the ship repair rate depend just on the port size and ship type or something else? I have noticed that my ship's are beeing repaired faster in harbours with some extra E units. Or maybe I'm wrong!?<br/>
Or maybe on the number of ships that are at anchor!?<br/>

I had some of my BB's ...

Where is logic in this???

<t>Some of my Alf/Zero pilots have been reportet as shot down and captured, but that would not be so wierd if they were shot over PM or some other Allied base! But they were shot down over Rabaul, or Shortland's and CAPTURED??? Who captured them... NYPD??? FBI??? CIA??? Some of my best pilots have ...

What happens with anchored ships?

<t>I need someone to answer me this question!!! On p. 63 (manual) says that each ship at anchor in harbour is sunk after the base is captured by other side.<br/>
In my testing scenario #17, playing head to head, I've captured Lugainville with the Jap's. But none of the ships that were at anchor was ...

They won't attack

<t>I have three CV TF around Solomons clearing the Slot of the Express and IJN CV's. Or at least that is my intetion! But not that of my TF's... His CV's can calmly come all the way to Lunga (near Lunga, that is) and my commander won't even try to attack. Everything is set for attacking, react to ...

<r>In my pbem game nteli screen reports two damaged ships, but the problem is that it is the second day of the longest scenario and there were no armed ops. And not single ship has any damage reported on the TF screen, nor anywhere else! So, I ask my self what could have done this misterious damage ...

How long would it take for a CA with Sys damage around 50 and flood around 20 to repair? Or CV with S=30, f=15? Base=Turk! Or any other with port 9.

I had my CV and CA in Turk for days, anchored and nothing happened! And those were the only ships in port...

<t>My CVL I-don't-now-the-name (I play Jap/ early missions/ you know that firs CVL you get) got damaged in combat in Solomon Sea near that large coral reef. It had flooding of about 70, and fire of about 20... so I gave the order to retreat to Rabaul... It sunk on the way there, but... My question ...

Question!

<t>I'm complitely new with UV so this is going to be a newbie-like question, but... In the ship reinforcement screen there is ETA for Tokyo/Pearl Harbour! Is every ship listed there later available for combat, or those ships with more than 400/500 days ETA do not appear in the teatre? I just played ...
