<t>Yes exactly.<br/>
Forget about the southern front. Both sides can do that. Just endless reaches of plain with no value.<br/>
Take as much ground as you can in the south and then fall back.<br/>
You only need to defend a line to the north of Kiev, passing Moscow up to Leningrad. This line can be ...

<t>Yes I noticed from your screenshots that you have lots of (presumably smaller) Pz Korps'.<br/>
You can have 3 Pz Div plus a Motor Div in a Pz Korps. But if you do that, you won't have that many Pz Korps around. I never use all my available Pz Korps since theres not enough Pz Divs to put in them ...

<r>The key is exactly to dig in.<br/>
If you are fully dug in and in good supply, you can survive the Russian onslought somewhat. Make sure you defend the rails with your strongest units - even overstack them, as they are not supposed to move anywhere.<br/>
If you do this plus you have taken moscow ...

Yeah, imagine the concept of WIR streched out to all of Europe. Now that would be the ultimate all time winner wargame.

Looks like you're going to loose that one mate ;)
You gotta have at least encircled Moscow by this date because it will take a few weeks to eliminate the Moscow defenders even if unsupplied.

The ever interesting question is if the Germans can actually win the war. Is it possible in GRW?
From the screenshots and the comments so far, it looks pretty **** hard.

<t>I just tried the Deal with the Italians and you get the Expeditionary force up to cv 97, while only lowering the Italian front from 2700 to 2535.<br/>
I moved the Ariete Panzer Div out and replaced it with the Cosseria, Ravenna, Sforzesca and Alpini Divs.<br/>
<br/>
So now we have the Italian ...

<t>You can take all the Italian Infantry Divs from the 2nd Italian Army (approx. 600 Strenght Points) and replace them with one It Motorized Div (400 points) or one It Panzer Div (800 points). This would strenghten the It Expeditionary Corps significantly.<br/>
<br/>
Also, I wouldnt use these 4 ...

<t>Actually the Romanian Motorized Corps can also get the 1st Rum Panzer Div and a Cavalry Div from the German XI Korps (11th Army).<br/>
That rockets the Corps' cv to 76.<br/>
1 Panzer div = 3 points<br/>
5 Cavalry Div = 5 points<br/>
1 Panzer Bn = 0 points<br/>
So 8 stacking points in all which is ...

Combat Value

How do you calculate cv?

The manual says:
Infantry or Artillery Strenght - Total Troops
* (Experience/100) * (Readiness/100)

What is "Total Troops"?

Motorized Corps' in 41

<t>Hey WIRsterz<br/>
<br/>
In Possum 6, the Axis have 4 extra Motorized Corps consisting og 1 Romanian, 1 Hungarian, 1 Italian and 1 Finnish.<br/>
Taking a look at them the Romanian Cavalry Corps seems too weak for effective offensive operation, but the other three looks like they can be used.<br ...

The supply net seems a lot more developed. It looks like you can get supplied by road as well as rail.<br/>
