A minority (war gamers) of a minority (linux users) = not worth the effort imo.

IL2 Sturmovik is best ww2 flight sim out there period, Pacific Fighters is a stand alone game (or a giant expansion if you have Il2) that isnt quite as good due to some bugs and issues but its still FAR superior to MS CFS2 imo.

Wonder how much microsoft paid for that piece Im not smug and I dont just use firefox for security reasons I use it cause its vastly superior to IE.

Wow alot of great changes, religion (holy cities!), unit levels, 'great' people units...man cant wait Looks like not making same mistakes as Pirates remake and advancing gameplay to a new level.

Seeing the gameplay videos the game look incredible then demo was released and really left me with a feeling of 'wtf'. It looked nothing like the gameplay videos, I mean not even the same game. Gameplay was really disappointing with demo too imo.

Played the demo, it looks incredible but I have one major problem that might kill the game for me after reading the forums. There is no campaign world conquest mode? Everything Ive read its simply scenario based and limited to parts of the map? If thats true ugh!

Yeah I realize that sorry I should have been clearer in saying I hope the game's ai is more realistic and doesnt just seem to do random things with no cause for it like SP2 suffered from.

Actually suprised US military/Pentagon dont push for removal of such data...it almost seems too easy even if the sat photos are old.

Wouldnt really call Engima a war game more a first person shooter type naval sim. Silent Hunter 3 is far superior fyi.

Much much much much better looking then Alexander game, wanted to like the Alexander game sooo much but I ended up getting headaches staring at the terrain. A shame too cause the game rules/gameplay were perfect just headaches > playing a game. Look forward to this one
