Damien,

You're DxDiag file shows you have Morgan Stream Switcher codec. Is it listed under "Add/Remove Programs" in the control panel? Can you uninstall it.

RE: Reasons To Buy Retail!

Since Matrix makes a better margin on digital download I plan to buy the game that way. Why give the middle man all the money? I did consider buying it retail for the manual.

I do wonder, if you buy the game retail will it require you to insert the CD into the drive to play?

Jorgen,

Any plans to update to 2by3Games website to support the Firefox browser? Thanks!

EDIT: Never mind. The page loaded very funny once, but now it seems fine.[&:]

RE: Turns per year moddable?

<t> Nice idea, but I can imagine how difficult it would be to support and test. 4 turns a year over a 7 year period, doesn't sounds like it takes a long time to play a game. That was my main concern when I first heard about 3 month turns, but the game looks like it has enough detail to keep you busy ...

Thanks Erik and all the matrix/2by3 staff for pulling the all nighter to get this fixed.

I would try it out but I'm just a few minutes away from a 12 hour car ride to start the summer family vacation.
