I saw this only happen after installing the latest update for the game??? Could that be the problem??

I have to agree with Knavery on this one. I have complicated CAD software for designing complex molds in 3d with thousands of components and do not use close to the specs you are posting above.

I will check the memory leak issue in the next day or two when i have a chance (loaded up at work) I have become adept at finding these. I do know that some software code when written has a bad habit of not releasing memory for graphics once it is not needed (animations ect..).
