RE: Would there be interest in a PBEM "ladder"?

<t> Jan,<br/>

I would very much be interested in being a part of this. One of the things that could make this game really take off so to speak, would be a club similar to the Axis & Allies ones which now exist. I will be starting a new job next week and it will be a 9-5 type thing, so I will ...

RE: Advice for a new player

Keep in mind however that taking Persia or Afganistan early does allow Germany to invade Turkey without triggering war with USSR. Allied players tend to forget this fact, and if Germany is on the ball, they can jump on Turkey and really get some Middle east pressure on....

RE: Tyler vs. Monty Narrative AAR

<t> This should be alot of fun and expect a much more pitched battle this time! This will be a long running AAR, as both Monty and I have lives outside which we simply have no choice but to live[8D] but stick with us and you are sure to see a great game unfold. I think it would be great if we had ...

<t> Axis Defeated! Peace declared!<br/>

I really enjoyed this game even in spite of my few terrible errors. I think Rumania was a VERY huge blunder, but I do not see the WA landing in Finland as being as significant. I think another huge factor in my defeat was my very very poor use of tech ...

No it is not worth it IMHO.

As long as you have transport links you will get enough from trade that it wouldn't be worth it to invade.

Med hit turn 1 HELL yes!

<t> Does anyone else out there think that the WA must hit whatever the Axis stack in the Central med turn 1? I think this is a no-brainer. Yes it can go bad and cost you some ships, however it can often go welland sometimes even very well. I think it is essential for the WA to FIGHT in the Med. A WA ...
