On this issue, I believe that most people forget that the USA enter war because Japan and Germany declare war to the US. The chit system is to represent the unknown : what if Japan and Germany never declare war on the US? It is likely that ...

RE: German armor?

It ended at 900 hours on fifth day with complete Allied control of the map.

I think loss results were similar to Rifts campaign, 20 enemy "armor" killed but that included quite a few halftracks and armored scouts.

German armor?

<t> Right, just finished the GC campaign as Allies on beginning of 5th day. Both sides as Line. I was a little surprised at how little armor I encountered in the campaign - in Helmond or Germert I met one force of 2 Panthers and 1 Jagdpanzer, to the north in Verb (58 on strat map) I met a StuG 42 ...

<t> Personally, I don´t feel the old system was not so much "suspense" as "source of silliness". If you were nearing the bottom of your force pool, you would still know what those last two MECHs you build in the same turn have as values. But, building the same at beginning of the year, then not ...

<t> I´d have to agree with Borsook. I´ve seen lots of partisans in Poland (both western and eastern) and also around Lviv, Hrodna and Vilna but I guess they are also original Polish territories? But, up until late´43 not a single one anywhere else, and Poland is far more heavily garrisoned than the ...

Japan won´t achieve anything if it only aligns Persia and sends peacekeepers, since those will teleport out of there after conquest.

DOWing Russia will allow them to stay after Persia is conquered.
