What is strange i runed a test against the AI just ending the turn and when the August started those abovementioned squads filled into the pool at a rate 15 per day... but in a PBEM im playing they are not filling the pool despite turning off all repls... Can you look into the oob issue as now show organization button is broken... it dosen't show parent Rgt HQ for companies or bn?? Also now HQ in Madrid attaches anything it wants creating a HQ with over 100 AV

That first problem could be an issue with the Windows transparency setting for you desktop. Set it to opaque.
Don't know the answer to the second problem, but I recall at least one player had a mod that made the Dutch icons orange.
