Just Got a copy of the book "The Battlecruiser HMS HOOD" from Chatam publishing, if theres any gonard questions it may aid answering... aliitle late I know!.

I don't see any need to change anything someone with such knollage of the subject has setup.

Can’t seem to get ships to up grade...

Have a New Orleans in San-Francisco it's 20th of the 6th 42 & it says it should upgrade on the4th 42...??

It has 22 sys damage would this stop it?
