RE: HTTR (mini-guide): And even more tips!

FWIW, Google maintains extensive caches of webpages. If you search for the thread on Google, click on the "Cached" hyperlink if you find a match--it MIGHT have caches of pre-hack pages.

RE: I can read manual - yes!

<t> Patch puts pdf's on hard drive. Till now I've been carrying around a copy of the tutorial pages from the printed manual. Now, if I have my laptop, I have the manuals, and don't have to have the cd with me either to read it (I know, the pdf's aren't on the cd to begin with, but with some other ...

Thank you.

Would the following be correct?:

F key: inner ring shows max AArm range; outer ring shows max APer range?

RE: Attack Range of non-artillery units

Thanks. I didn't know about the F command bringing up a range circle. I've only played the 1st tutorial and didn't see anything in manual for "range".

Attack Range of non-artillery units

<t> How can I see the maximum firing range of non-artillery/mortar units? For artillery/mortars you can toggle the "B" key for min/max firing range. Is there an equivalent for all other units? Obviously mimimum range is irrelevant for such units, but maximum range circles would be very useful and ...

<t> Thanks for the link.<br/>

In the 1985 I bicycled from Amsterdam into Germany and beyond. While I didn't (unfortunately) visit Market Garden areas, I did ride in plenty of polder country. Much of it was new polder--just reclaimed from the sea. Very flat ground, and the dyke roads really ...

RE: Game manual in PDF?

<t> New User Feedback: larger typesize manual in pdf format will be most welcome, especially if accessible by pressing F1 during gameplay. BUT, FYI, I very much like having the pocket-size manual to take with me when commuting/travelling! It's a great way to get familiar with the game instead of not ...

Suggestion: on the official website where this pdf is mentioned as "News", it should say that it's located in the "Goodies" section, and/or should be hyperlinked. It took me a few minutes of hunting to find it.

RE: Unable to Make Backup CD; Help Please

Damn. I feel like the 1,000 yard stare in your image! Would be nice if the cd software I have would say "disk is copy protected" instead of "disk is dirty, may have dirt or fingerprints on it". I've tried to clean the disk and the drives over and over again!!! Thanks for the reply.

Unable to make backup cd. Help Please

<t> Hi All. I just purchased Highway to the Reich (AA:HTTR).<br/>
<br/>
I play almost exclusively on a laptop that travels quite a bit, so a backup copy of the cd is essential (and it's obviously good SOP practice to always keep a backup anyway). I have tried to copy it on 2 different pc's but ...

Unable to Make Backup CD; Help Please

<t> Hi All. I got over my anaylysis paralysis between KP & HTTR, thanks to the lively forums (for both games) here on Matrixgames.com, and decided to buy HTTR. Amazingly, the only place I could find it (other than online ordering), was Electronics Boutique in a nearby mall. They told me it was their ...
