Not sure why but these will not work for me. When i try to start a new game it just gives an error pop-up "Cannot start game".
Going back to standard and the game works fine again - any ideas?

40 Custom characters for humans

Made a quick mod for the human faction, it gives 43 new custom characters (spys, scientists etc). Most images are taken from the new EVE online character creator.

Readme included with instructions for use (its easy).

Also remember that bombing missions against bases/cities/units count as 1 recon, so all those bombing missions weren't totaly wasted :)

Guess I was looking at the cost of leader.
How is the cost to change calculated? I cant figure out the basis ie I chose a leader with a higher point cost but he costs less than one with a lower point cost.
