I think it's not a but either. Think about it, The War hasn't started yet, you are just preparing to it. Your country is organizing mobilization, you don't know if there really is going to be a war.
That's how I see the buying of core forces.

Yeah, there's something wrong w/ the game file it self. I also had to dl the video separately and I remember I wasn't the only one.

IMHO this is the most realistic SP so far, but it has something I'm not fully satisfied with. I can't specify what it is, but I really liked SP I, it was "simple" enough... Too many bugs though.

I've noticed this too. My GE Riflesquad was firing at FR Riflesquad at range of 1 hex, the hit change was 99% and no-one got killed. And this has happened several times.

AFAIK they are only available when you are making an amphibious landing. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

The terrain here isn't the best for Blitzkrieg, a lot of woods to block your view, you never know in which bush there's a FIN RifleSquad with Molotovs ready to ...
