Why not give the option to create an air combat group with the center piece being an AV that can load PBYs,PBMs, H6Ks, ect and then have them operate from from those shallow water harbors or coves.

That is the link I got when the game was installed it had put a shortcut in the menu on my machine for Uncommon Valour. Plus that is where the menu from Matrix's homepage takes me to as well.
