Re: November 2023 massive update

Sorry to be so dense but I cannot find a link anywhere to download the latest improved version.

It's on your "mypage". All you games with S/N and file downloads are there. Even link for that beta is there.

BTW, did they update AI files? AI is still dumb, I managed to break it again by ...

Re: At Wits End...

I cannot run the game in the gaming monitor's highest resolution which is 2560x1440 for some reason, the game screen is distorted and not centered.

I experienced something similar trying to run 2560x1440 on 3440x1440. I had to disable Win11 zoom (in display tab) from 150% back to 100% to get ...

AFAIK it's a one guy dev team. I have RTW and RTW2 and yea UI takes time getting used to.

UA:Dreadnaughts, which is a similar game, have all bells and whistles but runs like crap.

Re: Some encouragement to Allied players to try out Japan side

It's all good man.

Looks like any save just gets patched with a new map data file. All the updates to stock file are just fixes for errors, like you mentioned.

BTW, does your save have the updated AI scripts?

Re: Some encouragement to Allied players to try out Japan side

Thank you for providing the file. I personally had the same idea for scen 17 on the stock map, but after finishing China got stuck on home islands. Just too much, can't do more than an hour per day. Forming convoys especially is wearing me out.

I also left the industry changes for Day 3, after ...

RE: Can Matrix help Pacific Storm?

Well, arcade simulator is actually excellent. Watching how bomb stick from B-17 hits the city is breathtaking. And A-Bomb!!! That one is just awesome.

Strategic RTS part is mediocre. And tactical part is bad; it is the part which breaks the game for me.

Well i don't think getting into the big scenario after 1 game is a good idea.

We can try marianas with me as Jap if you want. Basically allies have decisive advantage so you can afford making some mistakes.

RE: is it only me or....

Well, this is not as funny as it seems. Iran is going to get a nuke in the next 2-3 years. Israel already has some 30-50 warheads. And both countries have enough guts to use them.

I know it's quite far from the West Coast but we are going to get some radiation fallout too.
